Kim & Christena: 2nd Shooting for Melissa Page Photo Art

Near the end of August, I had the chance to spend the weekend on the Sunshine Coast and the opportunity to assist Melissa of Melissa Page Photo Art for a wedding at the Painted Boat in Madeira Park, BC.  Melissa has second shot for me on many weddings, so it was exciting to be able to change places and assist her! :)  

Kim and Christena's wedding was GORGEOUS.  I think Melissa and I both stared at the reception decorations and set up for a while when we arrived at the Painted Boat.  The wonderful ladies of Coastal Weddings and Events outdid themselves with the decor and planning for this wedding.  

We started out the day by taking getting ready photos and shots of the venue before the ceremony started.  Kim and Christena were married down by the water beside the Painted Boat Restaurant.

I had to throw in this shot below of Melissa while she was taking family photos! :)

Some more fun behind the scenes shots... Melissa and her fancy camera bag, and the flower girl with her camera - perhaps a future wedding photographer??? :)

The reception decor was GORGEOUS.  I loved the centerpieces and table settings!  It transformed the room and made an elegant atmosphere for Kim and Christena's wedding.
