A Walk in the Park: Puppy Portrait

Yesterday evening a couple friends and I walked through Tynehead Park.  My husband plays hockey with a bunch of guys nearby the park, so a few of us ladies decided to meet up and head out for a walk to enjoy the sunshine.  We had a couple dogs who throughly enjoyed the walk as well.

Remember this little guy by any chance?  I took this photo of Finn back in February 2011... he was so small!  Well, take a look at him now!  He's grown!

Finn was one of the dogs on our walk.  He was actually the only "guy" allowed on the ladies walk throughout Tynehead. :)   We crossed the highway on the "fancy" new pedestrian overpass.  I call it "fancy" because it comes complete with changing coloured lights!

Matt & Katie: Crescent Beach Session

I met up with Katie & Matt at Crescent Beach Saturday morning.  They were looking for beach photos of themselves to hang on one of their walls in their home.  The weather was perfect, it was hot & sunny, perfect for beach photo shoot!

Mike & Danica: Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club Wedding

 Mike & Danica's wedding was gorgeous!  We battled the rain a bit throughout the day, but the wedding went smoothly and we managed to get some fabulous photos!  The ceremony was moved from outside to inside Westwood Plateau due to the weather.  I loved that each bridesmaid had a different style dress, it suited each of their personalities and style!  Make sure to look at the beautiful daisy bouquets!

It was a bit challenging because of the weather. after the ceremony we headed outside for photos and it instantly started raining. :(  The wedding party braved the weather for a while and then my second shooter Melissa and I had to get creative.  We found covered areas and made use of a few umbrellas to keep everyone dry.  This was my first time shooting at Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club and it wasn't disappointing!  What a gorgeous venue for weddings and photos.

Fab You Bliss: Featured!

Jesse & Alayna's "Royal Wedding" at the Brock House Restaurant has been featured for the third time!

Adam & Gena: Sneak Peek!

Last weekend I had the opportunity to take photos of Adam & Gena at Crescent Beach.  Gena has second shot a couple weddings with me, so it was great to have some more "photography fun" with her and her husband.   I wanted to share a sneak peek... more photos coming soon!

WedLoft: Featured!

 This morning, Grace & Brian's lovely & intimate wedding was featured on WedLoft!

 Their ceremony was held at the Canyon House, across the street from Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver.  The stunning location was beautiful for their ceremony and we had a great location for their portrait photos afterwards!  It was a blast taking photos on the suspension bridge and throughout Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.
