Capilano Suspension Bridge // Christmas Lights

During the Christmas holidays we went with our friends, Brad & Sarah to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.  If you have never been there, I highly recommend you check it out... it's so pretty! (during the day or around Christmas time with the lights!)

It's amazing to walk through the park during daylight, crossing the bridge and realizing how high you really are... but this time we went when it was dark and all decked out with Christmas lights.  So beautiful!  It also got me excited, because I am shooting a wedding there in May 2011!  Too bad they can't keep the lights up till May... :)  What a perfect location.

Well, I managed to take a few shots with my new D300s!  Forgive me, the bridge shots are probably blurry, (I was kicking myself for not bringing my tripod), but it was almost impossible to take a proper clear shot when it was constantly moving from everyone walking across it.  Even harder when you're standing in the middle of it... (what was I thinking? lol).  Oh well, at least you have the "effect" and have a glimpse of how it has been set up for Christmas time.  (It ends Jan. 4th, so you still have time to see the lights!)

  2. Me either!

Found out about it through friends. They even have part of the treetop adventures lit up and you can walk around up there!
